Session Fees
All sessions are 50 minutes. The session fee is $225.57, reduced to $136.07 after a Medicare rebate.

Medicare Rebates
As an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, I can provide Medicare rebates of $89.50 per session with a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.
What does the Mental Health Care Plan provide?
- Initial 6 sessions of counselling
- A further 4 sessions with GP review
- Total of 10 sessions per calendar year
How to Access
- Visit your GP and discuss your mental health concerns
- Ask your GP for a Mental Health Care Plan
- Get referred for up to 10 sessions per calendar year
- Bring your referral and Medicare card to your appointment
Payment & Other Options
All bookings and payments are managed through the Halaxy platform. NDIS self-funded or plan-managed clients are welcome, and private health insurance coverage is accepted by some providers — check with your insurer for counselling rebates.
Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy
A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel to avoid a fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice (including non-attendance) will incur a cancellation fee of $110.
